The Leader Academy is an immersive, cohort-based program that systematically teaches the principles of the 5 Voices, deepens leadership self-awareness, and helps leaders build stronger, more aligned teams.
It solves the everyday challenge of leading people well. Using the 5 Voices as a shared communication and leadership tool, leaders learn to understand their own tendencies, value the contribution of others, and create high-support, high-challenge environments where people thrive.
It can run on its own, or as one part of a broader Consulting Engagement.

A six-session journey up the mountain
Each month, the cohort works through a session together, paired with personal application exercises - roughly 2.5-3.5 hours of engagement a month. Session by session, leaders build self-awareness, communication clarity and the ability to develop others.
