What is the Peace Index?

The Peace Index is a GiANT Worldwide self-assessment that scores five factors driving a person's peace - purpose, people, place, provision and personal health - so they can see what is actually draining them. Long Table runs it as a team workshop as a certified GiANT practitioner.

Why it matters

Maturity is the ability to develop inner peace when there is no peace in the world.

The world is full of busyness and sometimes chaos. Constant external unrest can create a lack of peace.

The Peace Index asks you to answer five questions honestly:

The five factors of peace

You score each factor honestly. The low one is usually not the one people expected, and it is where the practical work starts.

Where this framework comes from

The Peace Index is a GiANT Worldwide tool, developed by Jeremie Kubicek and Steve Cockram. Long Table did not create it - we are certified to deliver it, and what we add is facilitation that makes it safe to be honest in a room with colleagues.

Use the Peace Index with your team

If your team is capable but running hot, this is usually the place to start. Tell us what you are seeing and we will tell you if it fits.
