How it works
Team engagement, impact and health can be measured across five metrics arranged in a circle - Communication, Relationship, Alignment, Execution and Capacity. Click any stage to see what it looks like when it's healthy, and what it costs you when it isn't.

Why the order matters
Most leaders come to us with an execution problem. Deadlines slip. Priorities blur. The same issue surfaces in three different meetings and nobody owns it.
So they work on execution. They add a project management tool, tighten the meeting cadence, rewrite the accountability chart. It works for about a quarter.
Here's why it doesn't hold. Communication and Relationship are the foundation - not the soft part you get to once the real work is done. When people don't understand how each other think, decide and communicate, every downstream system leaks. Alignment gets agreed in the room and abandoned in the hallway. Execution depends on people chasing each other. Capacity never arrives, because your best people are spending theirs on friction.
Work on Alignment, Execution and Capacity without the first two, and you can absolutely get compliance. People will do what you asked. But compliance erodes all five over time, and it kills engagement on the way down.
When all five are healthy, they turn together. That's the flywheel: each one makes the next one easier, and momentum starts to carry itself.
Compliance gets you this quarter. Engagement gets you the next five.

Where you are now
Most teams have a guess about which stage is their problem. The guess is usually wrong, because the symptom shows up downstream of the cause. Execution problems are usually communication problems that have been compounding for two years.
We start every engagement with an honest baseline - team health surveys and 5 Voices assessments across the group - so we're working the actual constraint instead of the loudest complaint.
